PRENATAL PREPARATION AND INNER EXPLORATION

Part two is structured to support and guide your whole being as you embody the transformation of pregnancy – and everything that follows.

We see matrescence as an initiation into the unknown. We each have a unique experience within this universal process. In part two you will learn how mindful preparation can set you up for success.

Before birth is a time to touch into your intuition and connect deeply with your body. Here, we invite you to slow down and find balance – both physically, in your body, and otherwise, in your life. You will be guided to create a relationship with your subconscious that will serve you in pregnancy, birth and beyond. With mindfulness tools like breathwork, journaling, vision mapping and more, you will build a foundation to meet the transformative experiences that follow – whatever they may bring.

This course is for those who:

  • want to take a holistic approach to preparing for conception and moving through pregnancy

  • value body-based tools (like posture and alignment exercises) as well as mindfulness practices

  • are interested in creating a deep connection to yourself and your baby before birth

  • want to make informed, intuitive decisions throughout your motherhood experience
